Here's my complaint - I sold something on ebay for about a hundred dollars, got paid after maybe a week of trying to communicate with this shady buyer. Sent the item out, took out insurance and he then filed a claim through paypal saying that he didn't receive it. I supplied paypal with proof that he did by faxing them the insurance receipt, as well as the paper that the post office supplied me stating that he picked it up himself and still that wasn't enough. So I appealed the case and still ended up losing money to this scam artist, who is no longer a registered user on ebay. All paypal says when I call them about the evidence, which they say is good, is that good things happen to bad people.
