PayPal Broke Their Own Policy

Buyer brought case against me. ebay found in their favor. About a week later, ebay emails me, telling me they decided not to refund the buyer because to qualify for Buyer Protection, buyer needs to have paid through paypal. The buyer DID pay thru paypal. ebay/paypal know I make money for them, and wanted to keep my business, and making me pay would lose me for sure, but they didn't want to pay the buyer either, so they broke their own policy! I'd hate to be the buyer, supposedly winning my case but still getting screwed. Now a new case, successfully transferred funds from recent sale, buyer files dispute, and no funds in my account, so they put a "hold" on the transaction, creating a 'negative balance'! Ridiculous!
