PayPal admits it has "limited ability to comply" with its own seller protection policy!

Look where it says "PayPal versus the Competition." The second paragraph down which starts with, "Should any suspicious activity occur..." contains the PayPal editor's note: "TOO STRONG I THIK GIVEN THE LIMITED ABILITY TO COMPLY WITH SPP."

PayPal admits they cannot provide "excellent" chargeback protection. In fact, PayPal offers you none. Their own user agreement tells you that you are responsible for any chargebacks that you loose.
